As the borrower the thing I didn't realize was this company does not report to credit bureaus and will charge you for the documentation to self report. The credit bureaus don't have to accept that self reporting so I am looking at paying $$$ and it may be a waste. My credit reports and scores are missing the advantage of having a mortgage on my reports. This means doing business with Evergreen is a disadvantage to me.
