I have been a patient here for over three years and my overall experience was always pleasant. Both Dr.Bartlett and Dr. Royer made me feel safe and comfortable. I would continue going to their office however my new health insurance is not willing to cover naturopathic care. I’ll definitely return in the future if I obtain the right insurance coverage again!
Not such a great experience. One of them said that they had to chargeme for a simple one minute phone call questions. Promised me false hope said they could fix my condition with manipulation and then barely touched the organ/muscle that needed manipulation.
Worst experience at a doctor office yet. Dr. Bartlett refused to refill my diabetic medication because “I’m not your primary physician” even though we had that conversation multiple times when she’d repeatedly ask me who my primary care was. My mental health doctor called to ask if she would refill it, and she told lies about me! Said I was non compliant and lied to her. She’s extremely fat phobic to the point that I kept being told they couldn’t get an accurate blood pressure because the cuff wouldn’t fit. She said things t... read more
