The lady that helped my sister came in and telling her what was what rudely didn’t pull her to the side I’m sure they told her everything before she came in to have service for my nephew. Then she probably paid a certain amount but they just had my nephew laying in another room no hair cut no nothing. Funeral Homes gotta do better that is someone loved one. They could have did a better job.

If I could zero stars I definitely would. This was the worst experience I ever had in my life. Funeral director Cornelius Wright did not provide church with requested information. Did not provide music as he stated he would, did not respect my wishes regarding my husband’s services. I would recommend you use anyone other than Evergreen. Very disappointing, made the worst time in my life that much more worse!!!!!!

Dear JayLynn,, Me and my son Dante’ wanted to thank you and your husband for your compassion and professionalism during our grieving for the loss of my mother. I’m happy to know that your services are still available even after the funeral if we decide to do additional memorabilia pieces with her ashes. I never thought in a million years we would be needing the services of Evergreen again so soon, however our funeral director Mr. Vernon Smith proved to be one of the most genuine people, we as a family have encountered. Typically when my sister, daughters and I find ourselves together, we'd have different opinions on the people we saw, the place of an event or any group interaction, not in this case. Vernon O. Smith did a outstanding job assisting in burying my step dad. He was patient and understanding doing this difficult time for my mom and family. He went above and beyond to help my mom get though the entire process, and we will be forever grateful! We know he really loves what he does because it showed from day one. Evergreen is Blessed to have him! May GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS HIM. Again Vernon THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOME OF OUR HEARTS!!! THE WILLIAMS AND HENDRICKS FAMILY!!!!!
