I would not recommend evergreen memorial chapel after a loved one’s passing. The entire experience was very impersonal and rushed. We had let the funeral home know prior to arrival that we had wanted to have a final viewing with my brother so that the family could say goodbye, Doug, the staff member we were working with, was late to the meeting time that he set for us, and did not have anything ready once he arrived. Jordan was amazing! Along with the rest of the staff. It was extremely hard losing my mom. Except they helped a lot. Highly recommend them.

I went to a service at Evergreen Memorial Chapel last week and I am appalled at the way the staff treated the family of the deceased. The family was mourning the loss of their child and the funeral home director pulled them out of the service multiple times to have them sign paperwork. Multiple times DURING the service! They were unable to connect with loved ones and be supported during this time. I'm unsure why the director didn't ask them to come in prior to the service or ask them to stay afterwards, but it was completely... read more

They made the most painful day of my life a little easier. They are so kind and explain every little thing and have gone above and beyond answering my questions.
