Buyer beware, this dealership has no follow through. On 5/19/25 my wife and I went into Evergreen Lincoln and ordered a brand new navigator. They had to ship it, so we waited 2 months, but on 7/28/25 when we went to come pick up our vehicle we realized it was missing part of the order. Sales agent said don't worry, we'll get it sorted, but then they ghosted us. What happened to the car we ordered? Still not sure. Could we get a different vehicle? Still no response. The first impression has been great until they sell their vehicles and out to the door. however follow up and phone call hospitality and staff members respond are very terrible. I used to encounter these kind of treatment at the government facility but having such kind of treatment at the private business are disappointing.
