Although all this review may do is ruin my small reputation, I'm going to be real with this service: I don't like it. No, scratch that, I DREAD it. I live in one of the North Louisiana group homes and I'm dreading every second of it. For starters, the staff aren't as peaceful as they seem to be. When I was first introduced to the program, it seemed like it could work. Pay the clients bills LIKE PROMISED. Pay the clients THAT WORK for vocational. If they are SO GREAT, why do they not do things for their clients??? They lost the charger to my sister's phinevand won't get her a new one. They brought my sister to the hospital when needed, but they have refused to bring her her laptop when they are just around the corner from the hospital and I live a 30 minute drive away.
