Scott and his team at evergreen went above and beyond to help us achieve our goal of a home purchase. Scott came to our rescue when our financing fell through just days before our closing date with another lender! He worked tirelessly to get our loan approved when the other lender said it was impossible. He kept us on schedule to close and got our loan funded when it looked like all was lost. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home loan. Our only regret was not using him from the very beginning!
