My loan with Evergreen was sold to PennyMac after being assured it would not. I went with Evergreen because it was local and that if I have issues they would be immediately corrected. Now i am stuck with PennyMac with one of the worst customer service reputations. Evergreen, this is not how you should treat your customers. If you plan to sell loans to other companies, at least take care of you customers and sell to those with better or the same customer service practices as Evergreen
Dawn Wall is one amazing lady. We were getting the run around with another agency and Dawn stepped in and took charge and was able to help us get our home purchased. She is efficient and knows what she is doing. Took our home buying to a happy experience.
I can't rave enough about how amazing Dawn was while helping us through this home buying process. Both Dawn and Loretta were helpful, quick to reply to our questions, and transparent during this process. With the help of Evergreen, Julie Cendejas, and Homes for Heroes this process was quick and painless and we are in a beautiful new home. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone I know.
