We are very happy with what was a difficult installation of a tank-less water heater and gas furnace in a crawl-space and converting a home from 2 separate to 1 water heater and 2 separate to 1 furnace. There was much reworking of duct work that was successfully done. We have seen our energy bills almost cut in half. They were quickly responsive to fix condensation pumps that failed. Very professional service and customer service. Rating lowered because of some problems with scheduling appointments and a surprise with the cost of service: I thought at the time of purchasing the unit that the 10-year warranty on an expensive furnace covered parts and labor. But it does not, to my surprise, and the labor is expensive.
Evergreen's crew was professional, completed the work on time, and took care to complete a quality installation that passed all inspections.
Bid was very complete with useful information. Work done in professional manner.
