We have lived here for 3 years. We love the size of the apartments, staff is very friendly and understanding, and maintenance is quick to arrive/fix issues.
I have been at Evergreen Hills for 10 years and this place is the best... Roger and his crew are great and the girls at the office are also great. This is a wonderful place to live.
I used to love living here. Now I am forced to move because the rent is over 800 dollars for my husband and I. I was told that it was based on the area and yet I see apartments being advertised for less than 700. They also say they are income based but not really. I can get a luxury apartment in Webster for 1000 that includes way more! I am moving out but I wanted to warn others. I have lived here for nearly a year, my experience here has been great. The grounds are kept beautiful. All of the staff are professional and super willing to help with any issue. The pool and playgrounds are very nice. Evergreen also has many community events, such as a monthly luncheon for residents, holiday party's, and also 24 hour maintenance. It's just a lovely place to live !!!!!!�
This has been home to me and my family.. I have lived here 18 years now.. I would recommend people here.. We have felt comfortable, safe and secure.. There are some tenants that live here that need to Go but, you have to stay away from some people.. Drama and problems that any place could have with these many people.. I LOVE HERE.... 5
Lived there for about 6 years. Was harassed by the landlord, maintenance does the bare minimum on jobs, shit flows up into the tubs (literally human shit), most tenants are on drugs, and when I finally moved out - while I took one uHaul load to my new place - they STOLE some of the property still in the apartment and gave it to other tenants. It's a grimy, middle-of-nowhere crap hole.
Over payed them 828$ extra when I moved out a month n half early and now there trying to keep
Been living here ten years. It's home. It's cozy, quiet. The apartment itself is huge. I have wonderful nieghbors. I love it!
