I was recommended Steve and Evergreen by my realtor after a new home purchase for HVAC tune up and maintenance. Shortly after I bought the home the old system started failing and after a thorough review by Steve, it was clear it needed replaced. Steven is a nice guy but I had another company come to my rescue when we detected that there was a leak that turned out to be a lot more catastrophic than we thought. Steven had does “maintenance” on the unit last year after this detected damage was initially done to the hvac unit and it went completely undetected during his routine visit. Not sure how since it was as basic as the PVC from the drip plate being completely disconnected and thus causing water to enter the soffit.
