Steven is a nice guy but I had another company come to my rescue when we detected that there was a leak that turned out to be a lot more catastrophic than we thought. Steven had does “maintenance” on the unit last year after this detected damage was initially done to the hvac unit and it went completely undetected during his routine visit. Not sure how since it was as basic as the PVC from the drip plate being completely disconnected and thus causing water to enter the soffit. I wanted my ducts cleaned. The 1st thing they said was that I have mold and they charge $800 to clear it before they can vacuum. I did not have mold. Nice try though. I dismissed the tech and got my new system installed without the duct cleaning but I didn't get ripped off by dishonest contractors either.
Steve has been servicing our AC for the last 5 plus years. Always Really responsive and very fair on prices. Highly recommend!!
