They just opened theur new office...right across lobby from former one. Very nice location...very friendly receptionists. I enjoyed meeting Dr. K.
I had called on Monday for a BP prescription refill and they said it will be done in 48hours. We waited till Thursday and yet not received any text msg. I called again on Thursday and the nurse said it will be taken on HIGH PRIORITY -!as usual we didn’t receive any text msg from the pharmacy. I called them again today that is Friday and the nurse repeated the same thing that we will do it today on HIGH PRIORITY?? In this case what if anything happens to me , Will evergreen hospital will be responsible. Please Please do think... read more
They have done a great job every time I went.
I’ve always had a good experience when I’ve visited the office. However, it’s impossible to reach them over the phone. Every time I have needed to call I’m on hold for 20 minutes, then give up and leave a call back number and no one ever calls back. It’s very frustrating. Not sure what’s going on with their phones and front desk but I will be visiting I different office from now on that is more organized and reachable.
Rude and unprofessional staff no patience in explaining an answer to a question I asked. Hung up on me as well. Not ok
