Dr is fine but support staff is rude and unhelpful. Dr said to call if I needed to schedule an injection or meds adjustment. I tried to do so today (Tues) and was told the doc will not even receive the message until Friday. I already went the My Chart route, but nothing. I am in terrible pain and need help. The receptionist was impatient and rude, with no intention of expediting my request. Very not okay.
very good experience here. Staff friendly efficient and proficient Clean Dr. Gregush did a great job, listened attentively and provided diagnoses with some options. highly recommend
They just opened theur new office...right across lobby from former one. Very nice location...very friendly receptionists. I enjoyed meeting Dr. K.
I had called on Monday for a BP prescription refill and they said it will be done in 48hours. We waited till Thursday and yet not received any text msg. I called again on Thursday and the nurse said it will be taken on HIGH PRIORITY -!as usual we didn’t receive any text msg from the pharmacy. I called them again today that is Friday and the nurse repeated the same thing that we will do it today on HIGH PRIORITY?? In this case what if anything happens to me , Will evergreen hospital will be responsible. Please Please do think... read more
