I live here now and its really not horrible. And despite the previous reviews, the landlord has been far from unreasonable. People mind their business here and aside from that the landlord is giving the same people a chance who would otherwise be spending 3-5k monthly on a hotel. So call it what you want but its a roof over your head. There arent any bug problems or none of that bs. Live peacefully, go to work, pay your rent, move forward.
What a great place to live. Great community and the manager and owner are very responsive and easy to work with. BTW, you will notice that both reviews are from disgruntled applicants. One wanted a refund on his holding deposit after backing out of the deal. The other was angry he wasn't accepted. You'll also notice that we got 5 stars from two tenants that actually lived there.
