This has to be the worst service and response to questions or emails. The manager/owner or employees don’t respond to emails unless you threaten legal action for a refund. Worst company ever!
We always make a point of using Evergreen to book our vacation home in Orlando. They are true professionals who consistently go above and beyond to meet our needs. Their service was friendly and always responsive. We look forward to our next stay in an Evergreen Vacation Home.
Rented a property from evergreen in Kissimmee Florida and the experience was horrible. To begin with the home was very dirty upon arrival consisting of food on the kitchen floor, dried puddles of liquid dripping off the edge of kitchen counter. Terrible stains on mattresses and rugs throughout the house. In addition to the filth smoke detectors were hanging from the ceiling and outlet covers were broken making a potential for a child to get electrocuted. I have stayed in Kissimmee many times over the years but the service provided by this company is by far the best I have ever had. The home was clean, the response to my questions immediate, and the ease of the whole booking process took all the stress out of planning my vacation. This company is as professional as it gets. I am impressed and will be back.
