Another healthcare provider requested my records from Evergreen, as I was preparing to eventually transfer due to my insurance. However, I wasn't ready to transfer yet. As soon as they received the records request, the office cancelled my appointments, and removed me from their practice, without telling me. I showed up for my scheduled appointment, and was told I was no longer their patient, and that I couldn't be seen. When I asked to be put back on to their patient panel, they refused, even though I don't have any other PC... read more
Staff is good. Administration is absolutely horrible, denied request twice to change provider, then they “fired” me as a patient. No regard for patient well-being. No notification as of yet. I called to get a refill, and was told I was no longer active patient. RUN do not walk .
