Another healthcare provider requested my records from Evergreen, as I was preparing to eventually transfer due to my insurance. However, I wasn't ready to transfer yet. As soon as they received the records request, the office cancelled my appointments, and removed me from their practice, without telling me. I showed up for my scheduled appointment, and was told I was no longer their patient, and that I couldn't be seen. Staff is good. Administration is absolutely horrible, denied request twice to change provider, then they “fired” me as a patient. No regard for patient well-being. No notification as of yet. I called to get a refill, and was told I was no longer active patient. RUN do not walk .
If I could give a zero star review I would. To call this place a practice of medicine is a joke! It’s more like playing doctor. Horrible communication between doctors and patients. When you have to educate your doctor more on a condition then they do you, you know it’s a bad sign. They don’t advocate for their patients and just pass them off onto other doctors. No help whatsoever! DO NOT GO TO EVERGREEN!! Save yourself the hassle and money and go somewhere else! Anywhere else!
Most dishonest people known do not trust what they say . when Dr. Hundley retired they kept calling to get established for a new doc i told them that i wasent sick and didnt need to see a dr. and didnt need the extra cost, she told me that the appointment to get established would be a no charge to you i then agreed to make an appointment to see the new apointed Dr. if there was no charge. well after the appointment i get a bill for over 200. dollars ? so much for NO COST TO YOU. I waited months to get an appointment only to be canceled one day before the appointment claiming that the doctor (Nathan-no one can pronounce his full name) was canceling all but morning appointments and concentrating on better care for his hospital patients. You do not give better care when you cancel an appointment for someone waiting months on the next day. They tried to reschedule but it would be over a month down the road.
