Excellent doctors and excellent staff, they take your pain management seriously and will do everything they can to ensure you have a pain free experience...let's be honest, it's dentistry, sometimes you might feel a little something...but they listen to you and will take the necessary steps to take care of you. I speak from personal experience...as I type this I've just returned home from prep. for a crown...and I'm very difficult to numb...they took the extra time and got the job done right!
