I can't warn you strongly enough - do not go here! You will be met with bureaucracy and rude people and little or no medical care. If you are especially unlucky you will have to deal with Jenna the lab tech from hell who makes a drill sergeant look nice. I've been coming here for years and it keeps getting worse. Won't be coming back!
"I had a very negative experience at this office. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that it was canceled. I did not receive notification of this cancelation on the app, via phone text, or email. I left the office and called to speak to the office manager but the office clerk did not allow it. The clerk was condescending, spoke loudly, and basically told me they had done their due diligence to notify me of the cancelation. My PCP in Evergreen, CO has been good overall, but when I had an off-hours urgent medical concern recently, the on-call doctor was astonishingly rude. He actually said, "It's the middle of the night - what do you expect me to do about it?" and hung up on me. I've also struggled with making appointments with some of the administrative staff; routine requests have taken them far, far too long to figure out, and often result in further miscommunication. The best I have seen in 74 yearz! Always plesant, professional and competent! I would go anywhere in Colorado to see HIM as my doctor!
