I always have jitters whenever I sit in the dentist’s chair. Especially when I have to undergo surgery!!! But Dr. Earl Winestock simply put my fears away. With a lot of experience under his belt, Earl Winestock was very professional yet also gracious, comforting in that he always asked me if I was okay. However, I was asked to sign a full cost-estimate acknowledgement immediately, even though I had not yet made a final decision and needed time to review the details. Dr. Kim Unprofessional, Misleading, and Overcharged I went to Evergreen Endo Group Clinic based on a referral from my general dentist for a re-evaluation and treatment session. My condition had already been diagnosed by my dentist, and I expected Dr. Kim, a specialist, to treat it. Instead, Dr. Kim told me I needed root canals on two teeth, warned me that it would take two weeks, with a heavy emphasis on that the crown on two of my teeth was likely to crack, leaving me without two teeth during that time. Friendly, competent, and professional staff... jus fabulous!
I had a root canal procedure performed there today on a top back tooth. NO Pain now tonight, unreal. This Coquitlam group is fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I’m soooo happy.
