I had my first ever dental check with them, they took me through all that I needed to do, checked with my insurance, made me know what my co-pay would be etc Staffs are all so loving and professional. I have been a patient of Dr. Hagel's for more than two decades and I feel he is superb. Being the squeamish sort and easily panicked in the dentist chair, I have been amazed from the first at how he can soothe the situation and do a great job, too. Dr. Hagel has been in the Kirkland area for well over 20 years, and recently had to resituate in Redmond while his Kirkland office was being rebuilt after a fire took out the entire building.
