This is the building that houses the Central City concern recuperative Care program.
Overall it is a nice place. I was sent here because after my 2 month long hospital stay, I didn't really have anywhere else to go. Most of the staff men are very nice and helpful, and you can tell that some of them genuinely care about you and your well-being. I would say that more than 95% of the time there is food and drinks available.
