Kat gave me a great experience in opening up a new account for a CD. Went over all the details on redemption and with a very relaxed conversation. I especially liked the over the top thank you note that she sent; a refreshing change to what most customer service interactions are these days.
I really do love this credit inion , however I seriously struggle with Alex leaving!! It definitely is causing frustration with some of the loans and questions. I'm littereraly going to find him and tell him he sucks lol. Alex was great to work with and made it very easy despite us being over 3 hours away. He had everything ready so when we made our trip down it was a quick process.
