Switched from Wells Fargo, best decision ever ! While all the employees are fantastic my fiance and I both love working with Alex and he's our go to from getting our loan to any banking questions or concerns. He's professional while still holding a down to earth and friendly demeanor! Always amazing with solutions and answers to anything and everything that pops up, little or big.
My husband and I were recently in the market for a new to us car. We knew instantly we wanted to get the loan through Evergreen Credit Union. They have been nothing but supportive and helpful on our financial journey. The loan process was easy and quick thanks to the help of Alex Wyman. He was thorough and very personable! He even called us the next day when he realized that we could have even more benefits. It was such an easy process! I reccomend Evergreen Credit Union to everyone I know!
Working with Alex to get our car loan was amazing. He went above and beyond in many ways. Not only was it a super quick turn around, but he stayed late when I accidentally went to the wrong branch, he spoke directly to the dealership on a few occasions to help answer the questions they had for him, and while we were at the dealership, we ended up having to message and call him (after hours) and he offered to go even more above and beyond.
