Stayed here for almost two yrs...Lori the manager at this apartment complex is exceptionally good with the way she manages the property...she is very patient and courteous with tenants and also great very firm at getting things done? highly recommend these apts for those who are looking for a good jump start with their lives and move on...apts are quiet and managed very well!

I have been here a month and a half. Julie is great at answering questions and taking care of issues as they arise. Very nice place to live.
I dont know about everyone else, but this place was here for me when i needed it. The manager Judy always had a smile and was a pleasure to talk with. I felt like i had friends here at Evergreen Court. I especially loved how close the bus lines were not to mention the park wich has a waterpark in it is less than a block away. This place is awesome for anyone wanting a new home.
When i moved here i needed a helping hand and that's exactly what i got from the management team at Evergreen Court Apartments. I lived there for 3 yrs. And during my stay, any and all concerns or issues were handled in a timely manner. The area is great, big park less than a block away. People were nice friendly and followed the simple rules that were in place so as to make it a small community that we could all be proud of. I've lived at Evergreen Court for about 5 years. Great location for Les Gove Park and Library. Short walk to shopping and bust stops. Things I need fixed or help with are quickly taken care of by the maintenance crew. Our manager makes sure any neighborly disputes are settled to everyone's satisfaction within clearly stated rules. I have stayed here a long time because it's a happy place for me to live.
Evergreen Court Apartments is a place that the owners, employees and tenants care about responsible behavior, fixing repairs in a timely manner, recycling, cleanliness and noise levels that do not disturb their neighbors. I have lived here for 10 years and I have been very happy here.
They suck don't ever rent from here bad neighborhood
do not move here they have the worse roach problem in washingtom even the mayor was on the news talking about it
