After being a Patient for 15 years-I was "dismissed" (titled-my recent email) because of canceling one appointment-and booking out another-BOTH within a reasonable 48 hours. I didn't recieve my dismissal letter until AFTER the office told my husband (who I referred there)-that I was no longer welcome to the practice.
