Extremely unprofessional!!Contacted "Roger" from Evergreen to set up an appointment for a few odd jobs running electrical wire, plumbing water line, hooking up switches, hookup down draft, etc. Roger showed up with his boss (dont remember his name) and walked them through our request. I felt I had to explain way too much for "contractors" thought they were the experts. Ended with giving email address (I actually wrote it down for them) and saying they would email a bid. We are now 4+ weeks, no bid yet recieved. A phone call ... read more

My wife hired them to remodel our kitchen in January this year. The sales Rep. Roger and the owner of the company came out for the appointment. We were a little concerned with them being a relatively young company. But we were so impressed with their presentation we decided to hired them. After the work got started we decided to have the old drop ceiling removed and a wall taken down in order top open the space up. Although that was a modification to the contract the company handled it satisfactorily. The added cost was fair... read more

Dealt with them several times in the industry I used to work in. The estimators always act professionaly and seem customer service oriented, but in the end you will get gouged and the job will take forever: on average around 2-3 times the cost and about 3 times as long as other contractors I worked with. Regarding the first review: I think it is sad when there is not even anyone at a company who can even make their own, favorable review sound like it was actually written by a customer. This one sounds like bad ESL advertisin... read more

We hired Evergreen Contracting to do a remodel our bathroom and kitchen. In spite of all the challenges associated with the remodel they crew performed exceptionally well and the results are beyond our expectations. They are a reliable, conscientious company and is worthy of your trust. They crew is generally in time everyday while working for us, the management of the job is more than informative and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone we know.

Read your contract carefully before signing! Get work order in writing on the contract, with everything listed that you expect done for the money. Do not rely on "verbal" promises. The actual workers do a good job but are very slow in completing the job, our 2 day job took 3 weeks to complete. The workers came 3-4 times in 3 weeks and worked only a total of 12 hrs. I believe the mgmt overbooks their workers and has them on several jobs at one time. I would not use this contractor again.
