I took my daughter in for Pink Eye. They Dr. Tried to tell me it was allergies. I know what pink eye is than ask me "Do you have drops at home" nope that's why I am here. My daughter also has a double heart murmur so when she listed to heart she started saying she has something wrong with her heart. I explained about the Murmur she continued to disregard what I was saying and decided to do an EKG. The EKG was fine and she has and nothing to worry about. I love the customer service always friendly and helpful!! Plus we are in and out in no time !!
I have had a few bad experiences, but most of them are absolutley great!!! This office deals with me, my other half, my ex and my other half's ex, plus my exe's girlfriend and all of our kids (a total of 4). It is hard enough to deal with parents, let alone some that make simple things difficult or parents that disagree, but this clinic is always on top of it and if we do get a staff person that doesn't "fit well" with us, they find one that does, or have issues, they fix them. Very quick and very thorough with my son. Would highly recommend.
I just left the Clinic after getting my tests for New York life insurance, the nurse who did my tests had the worst attitude, she was rude and made sure to make me feel bad about a mistake in filling a form. Im not one to ever write a bad review but i was so annoyed I almost left in the middle of the exam. Way to ruin someone's day!!!!
