I don't know what happened to Everett Clinic but they have completely failed since Optum bought them. I've been through 5 PCPs in 3 years because they're all on their way out the door, none of whom listen to me anyway. This year I suddenly lost MyChart billing access to my kids accounts. A very small bill went to collections because of this. They restored one, but not the other. So I called to ask what happened to the other account and they said they need a new proxy form EVERY YEAR. Optum in Everett Washington is not well managed. Before it became Optum it was called The Everett clinic. Once Optum bought them, the changes occurred and have only gotten worse. I like my providers I know they care. It's Optums bereacracy that I believe is causing issues. The Doctors, Nurses and staff do the best they can. I've had chronic issues for years. Vicki at Optum in Everett is amazing! After Kaiser Permanente gave me the runaround on a referral—claiming they faxed it, then asking for the fax number, and eventually said they mailed it.. to ME! —Vicki stepped in and fixed everything quickly and professionally.
