Anyone renting from Broadstreet Properties, be aware you will NOT get your security deposit back. They told me they owed me some money back but I have never received it even though their site manager and head office says I did. Be aware if you rent from them, they will STEAL YOUR MONEY. Just thought the general public should know this. Not only security deposit but also impose unfair damages on people and all organizations supporting them in making money. Beware everyone!
Used to be a real good place at the beginning with a 5 stars. Now they only seem to care about filling in the place. And basically ignore when other tenants are being disruptive with their noise citing "Wooden construction so soundproofing is a infrastructure issue so not much we can do". About 3 years ago, they were a lot more picky with noise complaints with a 3 complaints and you are out philosophy but now with the new management, they just care about the quantity and not quality of the tenants.
