A girl was sitting in the office of Evergreen bend-Broad Properties. Her dealing was professional with a support to the appartment which we wanted to be tenant. We couldn't be convinced. However when we visited other places we found the facts which were hidden in the conversation of this girl. Ultimately we signed one. We were impressed by Afifa Ahmed's dealing in entire contact from visit to signing.
Overall good place to live. Maintenance can take a long time so be prepared for that. A week for our fridge to be fixed when it broke and a while ago it took 40 days for our washing machine too. Had to call client care every few days and still look a long time.
