The new management sucks especially Traci Marissen. This place was great to live when Jason was managing it. Usually Traci Marissen and her staff are away from the office even during business hours. It is insane to me that people have such a hard time getting a hold of so called management. Why even have business hours when these people don't even show up in the office?
