Poor communication and lack of compassion. Despite other reviews seeming to have good experiences, I can’t emphasize enough please look elsewhere for services! This organization failed me on multiple occasions through poor communication, internal miscommunication, and failing to follow up or provide services after completing an intake. While dealing with a family emergency, they showed EXTREME LACK OF COMPASSION!
