Got my eyebrows threaded for the first time and I love them. Pam assured me that it would look good before I sat in her chair and she was right. I was nervous that the technician would make them too thin but she didn’t! I will be returning!

I went in & wasn’t asked how I wanted my eyebrows done, she sat me down & rushed me through it. My eyebrows ended up having no arch - were very round. Afterwards, I ended up going over to Brow Spa to get them fixed. Honestly, there wasn’t much they could do but they did what they could to damage control. Just go to Brow Spa by Sears, y’all.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. They put in clustered eyelash extensions in and REFUSED to tell me what the glue product is they used. When I went back she REFUSED to tell me what kind of glue they use, because it's not eyelash glue. In an unmarked bottle. It is ripping out my natural eyelashes, and causing my eyelid to swell up. I have tried 3 different glue removal products and nothing works. They told me to one use baby oil DOESN'T WORK, and two TAKE A HOT SHOWER which also doesn't work obviously. Loved my eyebrows so I went back the next day to get individual eyelashes TUH!!!!🙄 what a freaking rip off lashes barely lasted 24hrs basically I had to just take them off because on one eye they were gapping and on the other they literally just broke apart the glue was extremely hard and flaky

I love how they have grown my brows since I have been coming to get threading,that was over a year ago,still a good customer and they do my lashes also!

Do not I repeat do not come here and get your eyebrows done! Zehra did my eyebrows this past Saturday and she literally left me with three hairs on each eyebrow. To top it off they are two totally different eyebrows. If you do decide to get them done at this location do not get them done by Zehra. She messed up my eyebrows so bad she needs to get fired.

I went for eyelash extensions in hopes of having a more dramatic look since my lashes were already long and full. Come to find out the lady did it wrong and had glue all over my eyelashes, very thick layer. I left them in for longer then two weeks. Got the right clue remover to remove them, but I was left with little natural lashes. Very upsetting since I had nice eyelashes to begin with. Hopefully they will regrow and I won’t have any problems. Not recommended for eyelashes!
