RecommendedFIVE STARS 🌟 I mean what’s not to love?!? Matt and the team in the front office are amazing and I LOVE my apartment. Gated parking, granite, hardwood, pool, and fitness center. Did I mention walking distance to 5th and Taylor, Germantown Cafe, Red Bicycle, Batista Parlor, and other Germantown faves? It’s the best place to be in Germantown. 5 mins from downtown and 7 from the Gulch I’m so close to everything!
I love my apartment. It's at a convenient location, and I appreciate the secured, gated parking area. The staff is great as well. Bryan is a wonderful manager and Arturo is the best! I would recommend living here! It is also one of the more affordable locations in the area.
What a great Germantown Gem!! The dude in the office is pretty cool too. Close to downtown and the Germantown Cafe....LOVE BRUNCH!
