Clean and good place to live! Residents get fair pricing and apartment does not allow stalking like the other adult apartment in Rockwall.
Looks like a lovely place to live plenty of activities. I just don’t know n can’t seem to find out about 1 or 2 bedroom costs n don’t see the doggie park in pictures. 8 miles from my son’s house so would b ideal. How long is waiting list n is it n income based complex?
This is the best place to live! I’m going on my 11th year!
The amenities are great. Very comfortable and homey. Maintenance is A1. Tonia and Joye are great community managers! I wish that I had moved in sooner...
Horrible place to do business with. We put a deposit down for my sister-in-law and we paid with a check with my name and my wife's name on it. My sister-in-law passed away before she was able to even move in and now they refuse to refund the deposit to us directly even though they cashed the check out of our bank account, not hers. We're consulting with an attorney now to deal with this place.
