DONT MOVE HERE. i am a current resident living here in the summer time and our A/C being set to 67 the air is blowing at 90 degrees. have been calling for maintenance and nobody has come or even checked in or left a note, absolutely nothing. there are hidden fees every month that don’t state where they are coming from. looks to be BLACK MOLD growth in every single vent in the apartment, we made it known to Garrett and he is claiming that it is just mildew without even coming out to look at it. The ladies in the office is very rude.
The only reason I’m giving this property 5 stars is because of the maintenance department more specifically the guy named Craig. This guy is always on his A game you don’t have to wait long at all he’s coming thru. From what I can tell he has an expansive knowledge of what he does and he’s super pleasant to deal with always has a friendly demeanor about him and always determined to have whatever issue you’re dealing with resolved thoroughly and promptly. Definitely this properties greatest asset hands down.
Apply here! In ten years of renting, this has been the best apartment I’ve ever lived. The office is incredible, extremely attentive. Maintenance is consistently on time and thorough. Extremely safe area, very kid and pet friendly. Although it is popular, the layout of the complex is designed for privacy. I can walk my husky long distances while staying within the perimeter. Plenty of sidewalks. The buildings are very well taken care of (no pests/long term issues/“band-aid” remedies). I plan on staying here as long as I can ... read more
