This appraiser did an appraisal on my property and left 7 Acres out of the contract and it's caused a big headache when she went to fix it the property value only went up 20K which is definitely not acceptable for adding 7 Acres she was rude and didn't take any consideration to my complaints don't use this appraiser she also did the same thing to my buddy in the next town over.
Caterina came recommended and I agree. She was responsive and did a thorough job on the appraisal. I’m pleased with the result and would definitely recommend her to others.
Caterina makes a lot of promises but does not make good on them. She also has a bad attitude. I will not do business with her again nor will I refer or recommend her to anyone. Her services are substandard. I took screenshots of her endless promises. What a disappointment! Oh, and yes she does blame her work load.
I have been purchasing appraisals for over 30 years. I have never had one take more than 14 calendar days. Do not hire. Hired for an appraisal of 4 rentals and and my home. 2 weeks went by and asked for a finish date. Was told mid next week (3 weeks). After 4 weeks asked to her to set a date. She was unable to do so and then set about to blame me for not understanding the appraisal business when I fired her for missing her own deadlines. One of the most disrespectful lady I have ever came across. Please do not do business with her, there are plenty of other companies to work with other than with someone who has a “stuck up privilege” attitude to begin with.
