We had someone come out yesterday to our house to look at our freezer because it was creating ice in freezer, however it still worked good and nothing wrong with refrigerator. Found out we needed to replace fan and gasket. we de aided yo order that ourselves. a few hours later I noticed everything in the freezer was thawing and the food in refrigerator was getting warmer.
