MY EXPERIENCE HERE WAS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. SEVERLY INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES BUT WHAT'S EVEN MORE APPALLING IS THE MANAGER'S COMPLETE LACK OF CONCERN. AND IF THE COCKROACHES WEREN'T ENOUGH, THE MAINTENANCE IS ALSO SEVERELY LACKING. THINGS BREAK AND THEY STAY BROKEN. DON'T EXPECT TIMELY REPAIRS OR EVEN A COUTESY CALL TO LET YOU KNOW WHEN SOMEONE WILL SHOEW UP. I wholeheartedly enjoy calling The Evergreens my home. Chris is an amazing manager, always helping whenever I need something. Katelyn and Lea are just as eager to help too, all you have to do is ask and they’re on it! I couldn’t ask for a better staff to watch over us! This community is truly a hidden gem, but it’s the team in the office that are the true treasures ✨
Very quiet apartment, with a very responsive maintenance crew!
Awesome space. I've been living at The Evergreens for over 9 months now and the services are top notch. The apartments are well furnished and their policies make it peaceful to live here. No disturbing noises and all that. I love it
