Received a letter from their collection agency. Tried to call and pay my $61 bill. Never could get a live person. Sent inquiry via their website. Was told to pay collectors. Never once got a bill or letter from them. Horrible customer service. Send to collections for $61 but won't call or send me a bill?? Thanks a lot for the credit hit for sixty bucks. Way to screw over your customers.
