The scheduling went very easily. the follow-up reminder was a great addition.the young man that came to my home texted when he was on his way and let me know estimated time of arrival, I really appreciated that. the young man was respectful, Clean, and kind, I was comfortable with him in my home and he did a great job! This is very professional and trustworthy business. They explained the duct cleaning process over phone in detail and provided a reasonable quote. Antonio was our technician who did great job with full transparency. Used before and after pictures to explain what he did and also fixed a minor issue with dryer duct. I’m definitely going to use the service every 2-3 years as clean ducts are critical for your house and health. Highly recommend the company if you’re looking for similar service at reasonable cost.
Arrived on time, listened to my concerns, diagnosed the issue with my dryer vent and made the appropriate repairs. And was friendly and personable! Will definitely call this company for future dryer vent cleaning!
