I have been struggling with upper back issues for several years, but it has really gotten intense over the last few months. Working with Lorrie has been a godsend. I can now move shoulders and extend my arms without pain. I can't recommend her enough.
It took me a long time to find a massage therapist whose methods I really liked. Lorrie Garcia applies just the right amount of pressure, and she's willing to adjust to my needs on a particular day. She always asks what specific area she should focus on before getting started, and also asks how it felt afterwards. She is very perceptive during the massage, making adjustments when needed.
