Great place for a college student
The stairs on all the condos are falling apart and theres a notable lack of grounds keeping. Not impressed with the HOA here.
Pretty standard, decent condos and townehomes. Each are privately owned as I understand it. Most are occupied with singles going to school or working. I've never seen a family live there. There is limited underground parking.
