We couldn't get a locknut off our toilet and called this company at end of work day. We tried many tools and no luck. Cheya went above and beyond and walked us through how to remove the flow valve to get the locknut off over the phone and no charge. This is an upstanding person/company to do that. If you are looking for a reliable and honest plumber, give them a call.
