Every month it is a huge hassle to get my benefits for my family and I have been trying to get this month's figured out since the 6th and I still haven't gotten my benefits updated. It's been 10 days, and I'm still having to call between my son's doctor and the SeaMar office just so they can update the formula from NeoSure to regular formula. This is ridiculous.
