I've been there a long time I can say I can't complain all the staff plus office people and the director all of them are really nice I made a lot of friends with them the patience's are okay even though I was bullied by some of them

I came in very sick, left after 10 months, healthy and walking. Yes, a miracle, but because of the dedication of the staff and the nonprofit culture of service and respect and culture, at least on the 5th floor. The staff is consistent, there is very little turnover, and they are very well trained. The physical therapists, Jessica and Evelyn are fantastic. What I like the most is the general atmosphere of caring and support - exceptional
Some of the staff at ETCS are so great. The director is not. He lets the patients family members get away with everything. Even with bullying. The director says he will investigate things like one of the employees is going out with the residents family daughter had intimate relations with her. They told me it was a secret investigation going on nothing has happened. The dad of the daughter goes there to visit his wife drunk very often. To much drama.
