Tim is a really phenomenal guy who helps me out. I was just on the side of the road adjacent to his business with a flat tire, and he assisted me with it without me having even asked him. If not for his help, I would have been in a much bigger pickle than I was. I can't speak to the business itself, but if he is treating his customers the way he's treating people on the street, I'm sure you will be taken care of
