I dont know what happened to Everett Steel. They use to be my go to . I work for Snohomish County and when they were at the other location, I never had a problem. Now, I cant even get them on the phone. When you call, and wait for someone to pick up, no one does. It eventually goes to a voice-mail that says they will call you back within 30 minutes. Poor customer service. A very rude woman answered the phone, had an attitude then hung up in my face when asked a simple question. The call was on speaker and everyone in the room was appalled by the behavior of this woman. I guess you should never choose option 4 on their phone tree.

Ever since this place got new owners it has gone way down hill. I have witnessed sever employees being talked to by supervisors wrongly and customers mistreating the staff with nothing being done about it. I support employees in the work place not employers so I will be taking my business to supermarket metals instead. If you are tired of employers mistreating their staff I'd suggest you do as well.
