Dr. Bob and his staff are helpful and thorough. I like that they make sure to keep their appointment times and give you their full attention. For having to go to a dentist's office, it is a good experience. :)

AS usual, the phones are always answered with a "smile". I was having severe pain in opening my jaw and swelling just below my ear. Not sure what to do I explained my problem and was given an appointment to be seen by Dr. Everett. He always has a pleasant manor and greeted me with compassion and kindness. He recommended a plan of treatment and said if I wasn't any better by Monday, he wanted to hear from me with the possibility for referring me to a specialist in jaw problems.
