Different Management...who are encouraging, and show compassion. It needs to be uninstalled and rebooted. This is not Lake Wobegon by any means.
It is a step forward. Staff are always courteous, and attentive, and the maintance man helped me put together some furniture that needed assembly, for my apartment. Everyone has their own apartment, then meet for mealtimes. Activities need some boosting. We are not all that "Senior"....and for the most part...a bunch of young at heart kids who think they are still in high school. Or retired Hippies without the street drugs.
