He talks his way through the diagnostic process with the customer (if you desire) and makes you feel like you are in good hands (which you are). Paul at Everett Mobile RV Repair is truly a one-man band who knows his stuff! He’s knowledgeable, personable, and gives you his honest opinion. He came out and fixed our motorhome stairs and even took the time to check on a couple of other issues while he was here. After reading Paul's reviews, I contacted him to repair the heater and replace the canopy on our travel trailer. In dealing with Paul, I wholeheartedly agree with the 5-star rating. He responds promptly to emails, is an excellent communicator, and did an outstanding job on our trailer projects! I bought an RV while in Idaho and had to replace an AC unit. Paul was contacted and called me right away. He was polite, very quick to set up a time to replace the unit, even calling me when an unexpected opening came up. Oh my gosh, I have a motorhome that need minor repair before a trip in 2 days. Paul wasn't able to help in time however he explained how I could fix it myself and I did! Wow! You don't get that kind of support very often. Much appreciated!
