I have lived here for 5 years and one of the washing machines has been out 90% of the time. Hainsworth is an unreliable company only interested in profits and very unresponsive. They will send out a technician after many weeks who will simply reset the machine since the company wont authorize a new one. After a few days the machine will be out again. This makes life very difficult for tenants and caregivers alike. It is time someone takes care of this situation!

Staff are friendly and helpful. Very rigid within rules and policies, absolute sticklers for rules and policies, no bending for anything. Otherwise quite helpful within their ephemeral area of influence. Friendly and polite.
