Great customer service, down to earth folk who care and are passionate about their job.
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Had exactly what I was looking for and gave me lots of info on some new stuff I should have lol. Overall great experience.
Had a great experience there as a beginner rider — the staff were super knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to walk me through the gear without any pressure. I really appreciated how welcoming and non-judgmental the vibe was. Highly recommend for anyone new to riding!
I cannot thank this team enough for the absolutely phenomenal experience I had with them. Specifically Cameron over with their online parts! I had an issue come up and not only did he make sure things were corrected. He completely blew me away with going above and beyond getting me my parts ASAP just in time for me to make my race. He in no way, shape, or form had to do that for me yet Cameron frickin crushed it!!!!
