Wasn’t even during hours when the store was open but three dudes see me just starring out into space at McDonald’s in their direction and they wanna start yelling insults Spanish and run inside when I try confronting them with my brother.

Ive been avoiding this store due to the reviews saying how mean the lady is. I finally went in a bit anxious but determined. It was kind of hard looking for what I needed but thats every beauty supply! I finally asked her for help and she recommended me what I needed and also helped me with the style! I can see why people might think she's rude. She's an african lady and she comes off boldly but that's just how she is. She is willing to help you out if you just ask. She's great. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I've been here before, and now I remember why I haven't been back. I came in for waist beads, she watched me the whole time. She asked if I found any that I like and I said yes, but I had to go through the rack and take some off to get to the one I wanted. She says she didn't want me to leave a mess, which I wasn't planning to do anyways. I put the ones I pulled off the rack back, and she proceeds to blame me for the mess that was already there. Very very rude lady, when you get in the shop the first thing she does staring at you, no greetings even you say hi no response very loud, screaming for no reason she doesn't know how to speak, has no maner. Please don't go here, you will regret, she gives you a different or higher price than on that tag if ask why she goes directly on cussing you out, calling you a names, waving her hands very disrespectful and arrogant woman
